  • Store Credit note (valid for 6 months)
  • Gift Voucher (valid for 1 year)

Please note we do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS cards.

Yes you can! Simply enter the Store address as your delivery address when ordering online or call our Customer Care Team on 0330 100 3455.

Delivery is free for full priced products. A member of our team will give you a call once your order is ready for collection in store. This usually takes up to 7 working days from the date of order.

We will do what we can to ensure you can reserve an item to try on in store, as it’s dependant on stock availability. Phone our Bath Store on +44 (0)1225 600127 ahead of your visit to reserve an item. We’ll put the item aside and take your name, phone number and the date of your visit.

Please note sale items cannot be reserved.

Customers visiting from outside of the EU are able to reclaim VAT at the Tax Free desk at your point of departure from the UK, as long as it’s within 3 months of your purchase date.

This scheme doesn’t apply to items delivered via our mail order service to an address within the UK. If delivered outside of the EU, your order will however be exempt of UK VAT.

VAT is charged at the rate in force at the time of purchase.
