Buying DuoBoots

Our boots can be bought online, over the phone, or in our Bath store.

To buy online, simply add your chosen items to your ‘shopping bag’ and follow the steps as shown on screen.

Our friendly Customer Care team can also take orders over the phone. Give us a call on 0330 100 3455 and we’ll be happy to help.

We’ve also got our own store in the World Heritage city of Bath, where you can purchase DuoBoots products directly and take home with you.

Once you select your chosen colour and size for a product, a message will appear showing you the availability of the product. If it’s not in stock, then you can try any of the following options...

  1. Why not search our products by size to see what current styles are available to buy? You can do this by selecting your shoe size and shoe width / calf width under ‘size & fit’ on the left of the Women’s Boots or Ankle Boots page.
  2. Feel free to contact our friendly customer care team, who’ll be more than happy to check stock within out Bath store, or suggest other great alternatives

If there’s an expected delivery date displayed on the product page, then we’d recommend you pre-order the product – ensuring you get the product in your size before demand picks up!

*Please note: Your total order value will be charged for on completing checkout, including products which are out of stock and on order.

You can cancel your change your DuoBoots order during the early stages of us processing your order – before it get despatched.

If your order has already been despatched, you can request a refund and can return the item(s) to us. You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s), however if you’ve received a faulty or wrongly despatched item then the cost of returning the item will also be refunded by us.

PURCHASES FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION: Any orders cancelled in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods will be refunded in full, including the cost of standard postage and packing.

If you chose a non-standard delivery option, only the cost for standard delivery will be refunded. For further details, see our terms and conditions.

Yes – after placing order you place online, over the phone or in our Bath store you’ll be asked to provide a valid email address where your order confirmation will be sent to.

Your order confirmation will outline your order number, products ordered, billing and delivery details.

Please check your order confirmation email carefully. If you need to amend any details, please do give us a call as soon as possible on 0330 100 3455.

If you’re experience any technical issues on our website, we do apologise. To help you make your purchase experience smoother, then we’d suggest you place your order over the phone with our Customer Care team. Please also let us know about the issues you’re experiencing so we can get on the case and fix these as soon as possible.

If you can, please include screen shots of any error messages you receive and the page the error occurred on. It would also be helpful to know which web browser you are using (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc.) and we will do our very best to help you.
